Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2012, at around 19:05, the Defendant driven a 124cc beba, which was not registered under the influence of alcohol content 0.164%, from the road front of the Handong-si Kim Jong-si, Kim Jong-si, China's Republic of China, to the luxan oil station located in the same Ri, and was under the influence of alcohol content 0.164%.
