Punishment of the crime

Defendant, habitually,
1. On December 10, 2013, at the funeral hall of a hospital located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon around 03:00, holding a hand room of at least 50,000 won of the market price, which includes one mobile phone of an amount equivalent to KRW 1,00,000,000, in cash owned by the victim E, from the funeral hall of a hospital located in Seo-gu, Daejeon; and

3. On December 17, 2013, around 19:45, at the parking lot of the Hyundai Motor Service Center located in Daejeon Pungdong field in Daejeon, the victim H was requested to repair the parked vehicle, and discovered the I-to-purd vehicle kept in the said place, and opened the top door of the vehicle in question and enter the open door, followed the contact lives and grobbbbs inside the vehicle, and was discovered to the employees of the service center and attempted.
