Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On January 13, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on February 7, 2016, and thereafter released from Daejeon Correctional Institution as the revocation of detention on June 9, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
