A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

『2019고단3711』 피고인은 2019. 6. 22. 06:20경 화성시 B에 있는 화성서부경찰서 C에서, 자신의 112신고를 처리해주지 않는다는 이유로 화가 나 위 파출소 입구 앞에 서서 길을 막고 경찰차를 손으로 가리키며 “부숴 버리겠다, 경찰관들 가만히 안두겠다, 오늘 끝장을 보자”라고 하는 등 약 1시간 46분 동안 소란을 피우며 협박을 하고, 위 파출소 소속 경위 D으로부터 이를 제지당하자 위 D을 향해 먹고 있던 자두의 씨를 집어 던져 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the situation service within the police box.

"2019 Highest 7139"

1. On October 21, 2019, the Defendant violated ten minutes of the obstruction of performance of official duties, such as: (a) receiving a 112 report on “satisfatt disturbance” on the F street in front of the F, E, and receiving a 112 report from G, etc.; (b) taking the police officer’s seat on the T, setting up the police officer’s seat on the H, and preventing police officers from moving to another place.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning 112 reports.

2. 모욕 피고인은 제1항 일시 및 장소에서 다수의 행인들이 있는 가운데 경찰관인 피해자 G에게 “야 씨부럴, 좆같은, 씨발, 븅신들아, 오래된 개같은 것들은 가만있고 좆같은 씨발놈들 좆같은 것들 ” 이라고 욕설을 하는 등 공연히 피해자를 모욕하였다.
