Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

The defendant is a member of homeland reserve forces.

[2013 High Court 1366] Defendant

1. On September 20, 2012, “Affort the training of the homeland reserve forces for 30 hours carried forward training for 11 years, which was conducted at the third reserve forces training site from October 15, 2012 to October 18, 2012” in his/her own residence located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, without undergoing the said training without justifiable grounds even after receiving the notice of a call-up for training in the name of the 7765 father of the Army.

From October 8, 2012 at the same place, “The second supplementary training is conducted on October 25, 2012 at the third parallel training site of the Army No. 7765,” the Defendant did not undergo the training without justifiable grounds despite receiving a notice of a call-up for training in the name of 7765 register in the name of 7765 register of the Army.
