On December 17, 2018, at around 23:18, the Defendant driven C Lastren car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.173% from the 4km section of approximately 4km to the roads in front of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Namdong-gu, Incheon.
