A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant became aware of the victim D (one-year age, 12) through the mobile-making channel “C” and contacted each “E”.

1. On December 2015, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (child’s coercion coercion, sexual harassment, etc.) allowed the victim to send physical photographs to the victim even though he knows that the victim was the aged student at elementary school, by accessing the “E” installed in a cell phone at the Defendant’s residence located in Sinsan-si, U.S., despite being aware of the fact that the victim was the aged student at elementary school, and sent the Defendant’s sexual photo to the victim.

As a result, the Defendant committed sexual abuse, such as sexual harassment, which causes a child to feel sexual humiliation.

2. Around January 4, 2015, the Defendant sent a victim’s letter “E” to the victim on the ground that the victim did not answer as “E,” thereby threatening the victim to the victim on the ground that the victim did not answer.”
