Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property in collaboration with J.

around 18 21:00 on 18, 2014, the Defendant ordered food, beverage, etc. as if he would pay the amount to the victim to the victim.

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay the price because there is almost little money.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and obtained the financial benefits of 23,00 won in total from the market price after being provided with two persons who were forced to move from the victim, i.e., one of them, and one of them.
