1. Basic facts
A. The Defendant’s ownership is C. 5,164 square meters prior to the partition (hereinafter “instant land”). The said land was owned by the Defendant’s father E, but was transferred to the Defendant on January 27, 1978, according to the building management ledger on the above ground building, which was completed around 1960, 48.60 square meters, 7.14 square meters in a wooden jun joint roof warehouse, 6.51 square meters (6.25 square meters in total) in a wooden jun joint roof warehouse, jun jun jun ju, and 6.7 square meters in total, 1983, and 16.44 square meters in total, 26.9 square meters in total, 56 square meters in total, 1983, and 16.44 square meters in total, 56.264 square meters in total, 56.264 square meters in total, 1986 square meters in total, 986.264 square meters in total,
B.
