A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 29, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (such as a driver’s assault, etc.) was driven by a victim B (65 years) of the Dong-dong Village located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, in front of the Dong-dong Village located in 96 offset against the victim B (65 years) and arrived in front of the port of Nowon-gu, a destination.

The injured person changed the fee to the defendant, and the defendant scam the victim's left side by drinking once, followed by a bus stop, and the injured person committed assault against the driver of a motor vehicle driving on approximately two occasions with the victim's left side scam while driving the said taxi and moving in the tent in the future.

2. The Defendant damaged public goods, which was reported by the Defendant’s act as stated in paragraph 1, and was sent to the police station by carrying the Defendant with the Defendant’s police box, destroyed the public goods by drinking 120cc wide, 75cc long, while the police officer was carrying the Defendant with the Defendant’s police box, thereby damaging the public goods.
