1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,649,890 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 11, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

From April 2015 to November 201, 2016, the Plaintiff’s claim indication 0: (a) the details of the monthly wages of KRW 3 million (including the deducted amount) at the time of his/her retirement while serving in the Defendant Company; and (b) the details of the unpaid wages of KRW 26,649,890 in total as retirement allowances of KRW 26,649,890 in total as retirement allowances of KRW 21,96,640.

2. Grounds for recognition: Evidence Nos. 1 and 2, and the purport of the whole pleadings.

3. Partial dismissal: No evidence that the total amount of overdue wages exceeds the above amount exists.

4. The costs of litigation shall be borne in full by the losing party, taking into account the fact that the Defendant did not submit a substantive written response and the Plaintiff appears to have made an erroneous claim for the first amount due to a mistake in calculation.
