Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the employer who employs F for the owner and interest of the political net C (5.56 tons), D (15 tons), E (24 tons) and F for the fishery net E (24 tons) of the Republic of Korea, and F for the fishery network E (24 tons) of the Republic of Korea.

Anyone who intends to become a ship's personnel shall obtain a marine engineer's license from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries, and shall not allow any person who has failed to obtain the license to serve aboard ship as a ship's personnel.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around 06:10 on May 19, 2017, on board the said F, without a license as a marine engineer (small-sized vessel pilot), boarded the said F to E (24 tons, political net), from around 06:20 to around 09:10, the Defendant, from around 06:20 to around 0.3-0.7, at the location of the branch bank from around 00:0 to around 09:10, had the person who did not receive a license as a marine officer, she gets on board the said C (5.56 tons) to directly navigate and enter the said B as a marine personnel, and let the person who did not receive a license as a marine personnel.
