Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 400,000.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the deck of the port shipping ship C (coastal, 9.77 tons) after the drawings of the Incheon Strengthening-gun, and the defendant B is the captain and the captain of the above fishing vessel.

1. A person who intends to become a defendant A's ship's personnel shall obtain a license as a marine engineer from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries;

A. Violation of the Ship Personnel Act 1) On March 23, 2020, the Defendant, without obtaining a marine engineer's license, boarded the above fishing vessel with four seafarers on board the said fishing vessel at the seat of the athlete located in Incheon Reinforcement-gun around 06:11, and left the port, and thereafter, operated the said fishing vessel at the sea of Incheon Reinforcement-gun, Incheon, for the purpose of operating the vessel at the seat of Incheon, and loading and unloading the catch at the seat of 06:38 of the same month, and served as ship personnel.

2) On March 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) 07:22 on March 25, 2020, 2020, on the foreline of the athletes located in Incheon Strengthening Gun, went to the port with four seafarers; (b) and (c) 11:48 on the same day, the Defendant operated the said fishing vessel as a ship personnel until he/she returned to the foreline of the athletes on the same day due to violence during navigation

B. On March 25, 2020, at around 07:40, the Defendant completed meals on the decks of the above fishing vessel at the sea of the Incheon Reinforcement-gun, Incheon, the Defendant: (a) completed the instant fishing vessel at the sea; (b) obstructed the victim D, who is a seafarer of the said vessel; and (c) fint the victim, was unable to see it; and (d) the victim was pushed the head of the Defendant, pushed the Defendant’s head, pushed the Defendant’s head; (b) boomed the victim’s head; and (c) boomed the victim with fat with a single hand, fating the head of the victim; and (d) assaulted the victim by fating him several times.

2. The owner of a ship under defendant B shall have the engineer who meets the standards for service aboard ship's personnel prescribed by Presidential Decree, in consideration of the navigation area, size, use, output of a propelling engine, and other matters concerning the safety of ship navigation.

A. On March 23, 2020, the Defendant instructed A, who does not have a certificate of marine articles at the race of the players located in Incheon Strengthening Group, around 05:10 on March 23, 2020, as the Defendant instructed A without a certificate of marine articles.
