1. Defendant A is a person who operates the “Lel” in K at the time of Cheongju-si, and no person shall commit an act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for business purposes.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, with 14 guest rooms in the above Lel, employed B as an employee at the 40,000 won per customer if he/she had sexual traffic with 14 guest rooms, and employed B as an employee. From December 26, 2015 to May 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 70,000 won per time for sexual traffic (average 4 times per month) from around December 26, 2015 to lent a room to C, who was an employee; and (b) arranged sexual traffic by having contact B, who is a female female sexual traffic, contact with the said C and sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant B

A. From December 26, 2015 to May 2016, the Defendant used the provisional name of “M” at the time and place indicated in paragraph (1) from around December 26, 2015, and received money in return for sexual intercourse from A, who is an operator of the above Lelher, and engaged in sexual intercourse with C (average four times per month).

B. On March 31, 2016, the Defendant committed sexual traffic on March 31, 2016, at the mutual influencing tele-dong in Heung-gu, Soung-gu, Seo-gu, Cheongju, the Defendant received KRW 300,000 from C, who is a customer who had been discharged from the said Lhers, and engaged in sexual intercourse once in total.

On April 9, 2016, the Defendant committed sexual traffic by receiving KRW 300,00,00 from C, a customer who was only a customer, and engaging in sexual intercourse on a total one-time basis, at the mutual infinite-gu, Yeongdong-gu, Seodong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu. Around April 9, 2016.

3. Defendant C

A. From December 26, 2015 to May 2016, the Defendant, from around December 26, 2015 to around May 2016, paid 70,000 won per time to A who is the business owner of Lel, in return for sexual traffic, and had sexual intercourse with B (average 4 times per month).

B. The Defendant committed the instant crime on March 31, 2016, at the mutual influencing tele-dong in Heung-gu, Soung-dong around March 31, 2016, sexual traffic that occurred from the said Lhercing tele-dong.
