Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B are the operators who run sexual traffic businesses under the trade name of “F” in the building D 201 and the building E of the Cheongju-si, Young-gu, Cheongju-si, and Defendant B are those who worked as the chief of the business office of the same establishment.

From January 10, 2016 to February 21, 2016, the Defendants arranged commercial sex acts by having them receive 150,000 won per day from an unspecified number of customers with an average of 3,40,000 won per day from the Internet site “G,” and let them receive 1,50,000 won per day from a large number of customers with sexual intercourse.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

On January 20, 2016, from around February 21, 2016 to around February 21, 2016, Defendant C operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the name of the Cheongdong-gu Office Office Officetel 206, and “J”, and arranged sexual traffic by posting an advertisement on the Internet website “G,” and by allowing K, which is a woman engaged in sexual traffic, to receive KRW 150,00 per day average 1,50 won from many unspecified customers and to obtain KRW 50,00 among them.
