Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to operate an air leisure sport business shall register with the Minister of Construction and Transportation, as prescribed by Ordinance of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

Nevertheless, on July 16, 2014, the Defendant operated ‘C' in Daegu Suwon-gu B without registering the air leisure sport business from July 16, 2014, and on May 29, 2016, the Defendant carried out an unregistered air leisure sport business, such as making two persons, including E, receive KRW 100,000 per person for the purpose of view of experience by using sagle in Cheongdong-gu D. for the purpose of view of experience.
