A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the mother of the victim who married with C on December 29, 2015 and delivered the victim D (child, 1 year old) around April 7, 2016.

2. 피고인은 2017. 4. 말경 경남 거창군 F, 4 층에 있는 피고인의 주거지에서, 피해자가 울며 보챈다는 이유로 손바닥으로 피해자의 등 부위를 여러 차례 때려 피해자에게 치료 일수를 알 수 없는 정도의 등 부위 타박상 등을 가하였다.

3. 피고인은 2017. 5. 초 순경 위 2 항 기재 장소에서, 피해자가 울며 보챈다는 이유로 손바닥으로 피해자의 얼굴 부위를 여러 차례 때려 피해자에게 치료 일수를 알 수 없는 정도의 얼굴 부위 타박상 등을 가하였다.

4. 피고인은 2017. 5. 중순경 위 2 항 기재 장소에서, 피해자가 울며 보챈다는 이유로 손바닥으로 피해자의 얼굴 및 몸통 부위를 여러 차례 때려 피해자에게 치료 일수를 알 수 없는 정도의 얼굴 부위 타박상 등을 가하였다.
