Punishment of the crime

1. On November 11, 2013, at around 10:45, the Defendant entering a building intrusion, the victim I et al., working in Suwon-si Suwon-si H, in the J (main) office where the victim I et al. works in Suwon-si, and intrudes into the second floor female escape room using other stairs in which the victim I et al., did not have any employees.

2. The Defendant: (a) based on the aforementioned methods at the time and at the places mentioned in the above paragraph (1) above, stolen: (b) 14,00 won in cash 14,00 won in cash, Samsung Card 1, 3 corporate bank cards; (c) agricultural community credit cooperatives card 1, one national physical check 1, one driver’s license, one copy in the market value with a resident registration certificate; (d) cash 6,000 won in cash owned by the victim K; (e) one in Korean bank body card 1; and (e) one in the market value with one resident registration certificate; (e) one in cash 7,000 won in possession of the victim L; and (e) one in new physical check 1; and (e) one in the market value with one in agricultural bank cream card 1.

1. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant invadedd into the accommodation through the entrance of the lodging room located in the Nuridong-gu Nuridong-si Ma on the ground of the following: (i) one head of the Tong owned by the victim’sO, one foreign registration certificate, one agricultural cooperative card; and (ii) stolen it; (iii) from that time to November 10, 2013, the Defendant invaded into the guard station, company office, etc. for five times in total, including the following: (i) one head of the Tong owned by the victim’sO, one foreign registration certificate, and one agricultural cooperative card; and (iv) one stolen it; (iv) and (v) one by having the head of the Tong-si and five persons, including the victim’sO, in total, from November 10, 2013.

2. The Defendant’s fraud by using computers, etc.: (a) put in a cash payment machine installed at a convenience store located in the Heung-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu from November 14, 2013 to 14:15; (b) put in a cream card of the aboveO, which was stolen as above; and (c) enter the password of the said cream card without authority.
