A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Around 10:10 on June 17, 2016, the Defendant driven a D-Adidi vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.06% without a driver’s license, without a driver’s license, from approximately 5km section from the front side of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City apartment site to the road located in the 942-dong, Gotju-dong.

2. The Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document presented his official document in the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Agency, who was in possession of a person who is requested to produce a driver’s license from the Ethman belonging to the Gyeonggi Provincial Police Station Ethical Police Station, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), as if he was the Defendant’s driver’s license.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, entered “G” as “the purpose of exercising the driver’s column of the circumstantial statement of a drinking driver while responding to the drinking control as stated in Paragraph 2, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and used it to F of the control police officer who voluntarily signed and forged it next to that and subsequently knew of that fact.
