A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of Bone Star bus in violation of the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury).

On July 13, 2016, at around 01:35, the Defendant driven the above van, and led to the road of three-lanes in front of the exit of 173 in the valley of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, the Gangseo-gu, the Gangseo-gu, the erode of which is located at a eromatic speed.
