Punishment of the crime

1. Criminal records;

A. On December 13, 2007, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (Habitual Violence) at the Seoul Central District Court on December 13, 2007 and for a period of two years in suspension of execution, there are 17 cases in total.

B. On July 25, 2013, Defendant B was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 1 year of suspended sentence for the crime of injury at the Seoul Central District Court. The judgment was finalized on August 2, 2013, and on January 14, 2004, Defendant B was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Punishment, etc. of Violence Act (a night collective weapon, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Seoul Western District Court and 16 years of suspended sentence.

2. Criminal facts;

A. Defendant B (i) committed assaulting Defendant B, on the ground that the Defendant was in fluent women and sponsing in the underground space of subway 3-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul at the latest 2012, on the ground that the victim D (the age of 62) was fluent, and that the victim D was fluent, and was fluentd by the other party.

Accordingly, Defendant B is the defendant B.
