Each of the instant public prosecutions is dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. A. Around August 10, 2020, the Defendant assaulted the Victim B against the Defendant, who took a bath without any reason, on Dcarpets located in Jeju City, with the victim B (n, 62 years of age) resisting the Defendant who takes a bath, and subsequently, he saw the victim’s candles with her hand and her spaths with the victim’s candles.
