Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver who operates a cargo vehicle B 4.5 tons.

Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading capacity measuring equipment is installed in order to measure the loading capacity.

Nevertheless, the Defendant:

1. On September 11, 2016, around 17:46, the Plaintiff violated the obligation to comply with the measuring lane by entering the said vehicle in front of the 13-lane of the Busan Gangseo-gu Branch Highway, Busan, into the lane of the 13-lane.

2. On November 4, 2016, around 10:18, around Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City Highway 13: (a) on the 13-way road in the 2nd parallel of Gangseo-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, in violation of the duty of compliance with the measuring lane by entering the said vehicle without permission on the string lane.

3. On November 11, 2016, around 15:19, around 15:19, at the 13rd way of the Busan Gangseo-gu Branch Highway, the said vehicle has entered the road of the 13rd direction of the Busan Gangseo-gu Branch Highway without permission and violated the duty of compliance with the measuring lane.
