Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Trucks operating on roads shall pass through the lanes or places where the loading capacity measuring equipment is installed in order to measure the loading capacity.

Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on November 4, 2016, the Defendant violated the obligation to pass the measuring lane on three occasions in total at the same place, such as without entering the lane where the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed in the operation of Hansung 8.5 tons of cargo vehicles at the office of the Incheon International Airport Highway located in 109, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, but without entering the lane where the loading quantity measuring equipment is installed. On November 15, 196, the Defendant continued to enter the lane without permission, and on November 19, 195:20 of the same year, the Defendant violated the obligation to pass the measuring lane on three occasions in total at the same place.
