A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2019, the Defendant was pregnant by drinking out men and drinking with no name at an influence point located in Bupyeong-si, Macheon-si, etc., and by having sexual intercourse at neighboring Materns.

When the Defendant came to know of pregnancy around January 2020, the Defendant thought that even if her father is the father of the fetus without her economic ability, it is impossible to properly nurture the baby even if her mother is born, and requested an operation for abortion by finding the father and the hospital. On January 20, 2020, the Defendant purchased abortion through “B”, which is an Internet site that illegally sells abortions, and continued to use the so-called “unfinites” at the Defendant’s home located in Busan City from around 23th of the same month to around 29th of the same month.

At around 13:15 of the same month, the defendant was sleeped, and the defendant was sleeped in a mixed toilet for the defendant's house and was slicked so that living children were slicked.

Since then, at around 13:29 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) laid a baby that was missing from only a minute and laid down on the toilet floor; (b) took into consideration how to raise a baby while being exchanged with a website-related person who sold abortion, and taking it into consideration how to do so; and (c) murdered by inserting a baby in the water speed of the 13:37 at around 13:37, by inserting it into the water.

As a result, the defendant predicted that he could not care as a lineal ascendant, and murdered a baby immediately after delivery.

2. The Defendant shall put the body of a baby who kills as described in paragraph 1 at the time and place of entry, as described in paragraph 1, into a vinyl wing place, put the vinyl wing place into a new stuff, put the plastic wing place into a stuff, and install soil and sand in the stuff.
