A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2018, the Defendant is the relationship between D and D in the house located in the building C in the Dosan-si from May 2018.

In April 2018, the Defendant: (a) was pregnant while having sexual intercourse with a man in distress through hosting at the end of April 2018; and (b) did not inform other persons including the male living together D of such fact; (c) did not take any measures to confirm the health condition of the fetus, such as visiting the father and the mother; (d) did not think of how to give birth; and (e) neglected it in de facto in an influence, and concealed the fact of pregnancy.

On November 22, 2018, around 10:27, 2018, when a pregnant baby was given birth at the studio toilet of this case, a sense of shameing that the baby was born after being pregnant of the baby of another male who is not D, the male living together, and, when such circumstance is discovered, the fear of receiving a book from D, and economic difficulties that make it impossible to rear the baby born due to lack of occupation, etc., the above studio was killed with the baby, and the body was concealed.

1. At around 10:27, November 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) knew of the fact that he/she could die if he/she was aware of the fact that he/she had a baby sited in a toilet studio of the above building B, and left the baby in a changeer stud through a studio, and then left the baby in a changeer stude without taking any measures; (b) without taking any measures, he/she left the above infant in a changeer stude; and (c) left the baby in a changeer stude until around 17:00 on the same day; and (d) caused the death of the above infant in a changeer stude.

Accordingly, the defendant murdered a baby immediately after delivery or delivery by promising that his lineal ascendant would not be able to conceal a baby or bring the baby up.

2. On November 22, 2018, the Defendant abandoned the dead body, as described in paragraph 1, at the studio of the building C above around 19:30.
