All of the prosecutions of this case are dismissed.

1. Facts charged;

A. On April 21, 2013, around 01:40, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim by putting the victim’s D(n, 27 years of age) out of his/her age club located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the lower part of the victim’s body, thereby putting the victim’s hand in his/her knife with his/her knife, thereby falling into the victim’s knife.

B. On April 21, 2013, at the same place as Paragraph 1, around 01:56, the Defendant: (a) reported that the victim E (n, 30 years of age) goes up to the above stairs; and (b) took the body of the victim by hand, and forced the victim to do an indecent act.

2. Each of the facts charged in the instant case is a crime falling under Article 298 of the former Criminal Act (amended by Act No. 11574, Dec. 18, 2012 and enforced June 19, 2013) and can be prosecuted only upon a victim’s complaint under Article 306 of the same Act.

However, according to the records of this case, it can be recognized that the victims expressed their intent to revoke the defendant's complaint on August 19, 2013, which was after the prosecution of this case, and thus, all of the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
