1. The defendant against the plaintiff A and B:
(a) The part as indicated in the annexed drawing (A) among the area of 1,544 square meters in the wife population in Chungcheongnam-si.
Reasons
E In a case of an auction of F Real Estate in Suwon District Court on March 29, 2013, the fact that the Defendant borrowed KRW 4,50,000 won in aggregate from E until July 2013, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 4,50,000 from E to February 21, 2014; (b) obtained a successful bid for a multi-use building of 98.64 square meters for a multi-use building in the non-production of the instant land excluded from the above auction case; and (c) paid the proceeds of sale; (d) the Defendant occupied the above land without permission of the above land that was excluded from the above auction case and not registered in the register or the building register; and (e) occupied the partial 14 square meters and the partial 87 square meters of the single house in this case; and (e) the Defendant did not have any dispute over the Plaintiff’s wife and the Plaintiff’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-ownership between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-owner’s co-ownership.
Therefore, barring any special circumstance, the Defendant removed the area of 14 square meters in the attached drawings (Ga), among the area of 1,544 square meters in the area of 1,54 square meters in the wife population D, to the Plaintiff A, the co-owner of the instant land, and the Defendant removed the area of 14 square meters in the attached drawings (Ga) and the area of 87 square meters in the board of a single-story group, and delivers the relevant land to the Plaintiff, the co-owner of the instant land, and from July 1, 2014,
By the time of delivery of the land indicated in paragraph (1) the amount of 131,00 won per month shall be paid by the Defendant to the Plaintiff at the rate of 2,70,000 won (4,50,000 won x 3/5), 1,80,000 won (4,50,000 won x 2/5) to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from November 26, 2013 to the date of full payment.
In regard to this, the defendant asserts that he has the right to acquire and possess the legal superficies on the land of 14m2 and 87m2 of the original du200,000,000 in the original du20,000, but the land owner and the defendant at the time when he is awarded the contract for the land of this case.
