1. From May 28, 201 to February 7, 2014, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) executed to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff).

It is not sufficient to recognize the fact that there was a certain obstacle to the defendant, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.
