1. Around September 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with cash of KRW 500,000 owned by the victim D (Nam, 71) who was under custody of the Defendant’s imprisonment without prison labor or for the Kabterce, while working as a part-time student at C convenience stores located in Suwon-si B, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) around September 2, 2019, the Defendant committed a theft with cash of KRW 500,000.

On September 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, from around 04:00 to around 05:24, Sept. 24, 2019, the Defendant stolen, with cash 60,000 won owned by the said victim, which was located on a wall located on the customer of the living room, of the said victim, in a cresh that the victim was locked under the said subparagraph from around 04:0 to around 05:24, the said victim’s (n), namely, the age of 21) resides.

around 01:03 on November 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with a snick-type, one of which contains the victim’s identification card, J Bank and K Bank, one copy of L Bank Cze Card, one cash 1,000 won, which the victim I used a computer in the seat No. 44 located adjacent to the Defendant, located in the seat No. 34 located adjacent to the Defendant.

On November 19, 2019, the Defendant discovered that, around 05:20 on November 19, 2019, the Victim N, a customer, was locked within the HPC room located in Bupyeong-si, Gyeonggi-do, and that there was a number of cash 100,000 won, identification card, one motor vehicle key, etc., owned by the victim on the table, and stolen it by using one click-ro, an amount equivalent to KRW 700,000,000,000,000,000 won.
