A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 05:01 on June 22, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business, and caused property damage, at the “E convenience store” operated by the victim D in Busan Yadong-gu, Busan, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, destroyed the 67,00 won of the market price at the display stand, including where he/she seems to be able to be able to take a bath at the large sound of “Chewing tymp, Emphy, and C he/she is able to do so,” and without any reason.

Accordingly, the defendant, by force, interfered with the convenience store business of the victim F, and damaged the property owned by the victim D.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. At around 05:20 on June 22, 2015, the Defendant violated the performance of official duties against slope G, such as: (a) arrested the said G as a flagrant offender by the slope G affiliated with the Busan Happa Police Station, which was dispatched after receiving a report of the obstruction of duties set forth in the above paragraph (1) on the street of the convenience shop; (b) assaulting the said G by having the said G “scopic typium,” with his hand over one time; (c) assaulting the chest part of G on one hand; and (d) continuously putting the said G on the ground floor to be arrested; and (d) displaying both arms toward G.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties concerning the arrest of the police officer G in the act of committing the crime.

B. On June 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 06:14, 2015, the Defendant: (b) spited a complaint with the arrest of a flagrant offender, such as the entries in the preceding paragraph, at the H police box located in the Heung-gu, Busan, and (c) was spited by a police officer I working in the workplace while taking a bath; (b) she was spited by spiting the bucks against I and spiting the bucks once by walking down the bucks.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by I, a police officer.
