1. As to the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff:

A. The defendant Construction Co., Ltd. is Busan District Court.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff continued to own the instant real estate until now since the registration of ownership preservation was completed in its name with respect to the real estate listed in the separate sheet on April 17, 2003 (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

B. As to the instant real estate on September 28, 2006, the Defendant Construction Company completed the registration of establishment of chonsegwon (hereinafter “instant lease contract”) with the Busan District Court’s Branch Branch Branch Branch of the Busan District Court (hereinafter “the instant lease on a deposit basis”), and with the period from April 14, 2006 to April 13, 2008, by determining the lease on a deposit basis (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), the lease on a deposit basis”) as the registration of establishment of chonsegwon (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), as the registration of establishment of lease on a deposit basis, from April 14, 2006 to April 13, 2008.

On January 20, 2017, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation of Daejeon Mutual Savings Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant Bankrupt, received a seizure and collection order of the right to lease on a deposit basis as to the instant chonsegwon from the Gwangju District Court 2017TTTT 975, and completed the seizure registration of the right to lease on a deposit basis by additionally adding to the registration of the establishment of the right to lease on a deposit basis to the Busan District Court, Busan District Court 14630.

On January 17, 2017, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, Inc., the Defendant Bankruptcy Debtor, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation of the Korea Deposit Insurance Bank, which received a seizure and collection order of the right to lease on a deposit basis as to the instant chonsegwon from the Gwangju District Court 2017TT 30102, and completed the registration of the attachment of the right to lease on a deposit basis by adding it to the registration of the establishment of the right to lease on a deposit basis under Busan District Court 1463

E. On January 18, 2017, the bankruptcy trustee of the Solomon Savings Bank, Solomon Savings Bank, Inc., the defendant bankruptcy debtor, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation, upon receipt of a collection order for the seizure and seizure of the right to lease on a deposit basis as to the instant chonsegwon by the Gwangju District Court 2017TTTT 30326, the registration of the establishment of the right to lease on a deposit basis as Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch Branch Branch and the receipt thereof,
