Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Some of the facts charged were revised to the extent that it does not undermine the defendant's right of defense.

The Defendant, “2015 High 2887,” which was the spouse, received prepaid payments from the Multilateral Business Operators, and conspired to collect street money.

At around 23:00 on August 14, 2014, the Defendant demanded the victim F to “E Loan located in Northern-gu, Northern-si, Northern-si, Posi-si, that “The Defendant has reported multiple job offer advertisements” to the victim F. The Defendant demanded that I pay 12 million won the full payment to HDa-si, HDa-si, Hak-si, G, Hak-si, and that I will work at the KDa-gu, Northern-si, Northern-si, Man-si.”

However, since the Defendant did not have any obligation to I, and the multiple owners did not pay the prepaid amount, as if he had a debt to I, the Defendant deceivings the victim as if he had a debt to I, and if he remitted the amount of KRW 11.5 million to I, the Defendant’s spouse, who is the Defendant’s spouse, again, had the intent to receive the said amount from I.

As above, the defendant deceivings the victim, and is also against the victim.

8.17. Receipt of the remittance of KRW 11.5 million to the I’s account and delivery in cash of KRW 500,000.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

At around 19:00 on November 28, 2014, the Defendant, “Around 2016, 147,” showed the victim’s photographed female images stored in the Defendant’s mobile phone, and “I wish to introduce this word to work at NFC if I want to do so.”

However, the facts did not have the intention or ability to introduce the offender to have him work as Ndivers employees.

Around December 2, 2014, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 8 million from the victim, to the Daegu Bank account under the husband C in the name of the Defendant’s husband, from the victim.
