It is against the National Security Act due to the production and distribution of pro-enemy contents listed in the attached list 1 of the crime sight table.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 5, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and suspension of qualifications for committing a violation of the National Security Act at the Seoul Central District Court, and on April 26, 2013, the sentence became final and conclusive and completed on October 4, 2013.

On February 10, 2009, the Defendant joined as a member of the C Kafin Internet (C), which is the last North Korean regime, and served until December 1, 2010.

On September 27, 2010, the Defendant separately joined the Internet portal site as a special member on the D(E) page opened on the following “F” and worked until December 8, 2010.
