A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On April 15, 2011, the Defendant entered the Republic of Korea to sojourn status E-9-4 (Non-professional Employment) as a foreigner of Indonesia nationality.

1. The Defendant is in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) with the knowledge of B, C, D, E, F, and G, a foreign employee of the same nationality. On the other hand, the Defendant is a victim H (the age of 27) who is a foreign employee of the same nationality.

At around 03:00 on July 20, 201, the Defendant, along with B, C, D, E, F, and G, sing and playing in the “J” singing practice room located in Yongcheon-si, Yongcheon-si, I got aware of the fact that the female sing and playing in the singing practice room is not in the Defendant’s mind, and that the female sing and playing in the singing room was entering another heading room with the victim and his sing and doing so.

As above, in the middle of the dispute, G expressed the victim’s face while drinking for the reason that the victim’s horse is bad, G took the victim’s face, and the Defendant, B, D, E, and F jointly took the face of the victim several times due to drinking, growth, etc.

Therefore, the victim, who frightened out of a singing practice room, s, D, E, F, and G, brought the victim's face to drive away from the victim, and the victim's face could be taken several times by drinking, and the victim's body going beyond the floor due to the shock.

As a result, the Defendant, in collaboration with B, C, D, E, F, and G, suffered injury, such as flapsyed, optical boness, flapsying, and bones bones, which require approximately 120 days of treatment, respectively, to the victim.

2. Any foreigner violating the Immigration Control Act may sojourn in the Republic of Korea within the limits of his/her sojourn status and sojourn period.

The defendant continues to be arrested on June 24, 2019 as a warrant of arrest on April 11, 201, without obtaining permission for extension of the period of stay or leaving the Republic of Korea, even though he/she exceeded the lawful period of stay on April 11, 2014, until he/she is arrested.
