A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On July 3, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not less than 8 months for obstruction of the performance of official duties by deceptive means at the Suwon District Court, and confirmed on the same day

The Defendant, along with C, a name-holder D, etc., who is a false post office broker broker C, and a Vietnamese women who are married to and staying with the Republic of Korea, invited their husband as the invitation, and conspired to enter the Republic of Korea as if they were the actual parents and to acquire the price.

On August 21, 2009, the Defendant, along with C, etc., prepared a false invitation letter stating false details as if he was his father, and invited Vietnam to enter the Incheon Airport on August 30, 2009 through the method of submitting data related to the issuance of visa to the consular officials of the Republic of Korea, and conspired with C, etc. on August 30, 2009, such as by inviting Vietnam to enter the Republic of Korea through the Incheon Airport on August 30, 2009.
