A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts at Public Place) met, around 18:20, at the mid-gu Seoul Central District, the Defendant met the victim’s buckbucks and left hand over about 10 minutes by attaching even up to the right side of the victim B (In this case, 21 years old) who was operating the subway 4 Line 230 to the Hansung River Station in the Hansung River Station and the Cultural Park Station in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Seoul.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the electric car, which is a place of public secrecy.

2. Around 18:32 of the same day, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Ameras, etc. of Sexual Crimes) taken a cell phone of the Defendant in the front line, while holding the cell phone of the said victim in left hand, and taken a picture of approximately one minute of the body part of the horse in the front line against the victim’s will.

As a result, the defendant taken the body of another person, who could cause sexual humiliation or shame, using a camera or other similar mechanism, against his will.
