Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who has violated the Act on the Prohibition of Driving at least twice in Busan District Court’s Dong Branch Branch by being issued a summary order of KRW 2 million on February 22, 2008, a fine of KRW 700,000,000,000,000 from May 12, 2010.

Around 00:40 on January 4, 2015, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.242% of blood alcohol concentration, operated B car in approximately 50 meters from the road near the Busan Bank located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City to the network intersection located in the same Dong-dong.
