Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2006, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court on July 4, 2006, and on May 10, 2007, the Defendant violated the Act on the Prohibition of Driving at least twice, such as receiving a summary order of KRW 1.5 million as a fine for the same crime from the same court.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.069% on June 11, 2014, driven a e-sports cargo vehicle B from the front road of the camping site located in the Busan Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-
