A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. An advertisement in the aggravated area (one year to three years) (a special aggravated person) in the grounds for sentencing [the scope of recommendation] Article 25 of the Act on the Punishment of Acts, Including Confiscation and Collection of Additional Characters, and the grounds for sentencing, and the brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic in the sexual traffic crimes subject to 19 years or older.
