Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around November 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) contacted D temples in the Ganyang, which were in contact with A, and made use of the name of the Defendant and the E Licensed Real Estate Agent registered by the Defendant to mediate the lease agreement on the J-cafeteria building in Busan East-gu I between the lessor F, G, and H.
Accordingly, the defendant allowed another person to render brokerage services using his name or trade name.
2. On November 30, 2012, Defendant A arranged a lease agreement on the building of the said J-cafeteria at the office of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent located in the Dong-gu, Busan, through contact with the above B as a mobile phone, using the name of the licensed real estate agent B and the trade name of the E Licensed Real Estate Agent B as a licensed real estate agent.
Accordingly, the defendant used another person's name and trade name to render brokerage services.
