1. The Defendant shall pay 87,767,200 won to the Plaintiff and 24% per annum from January 13, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence 1, evidence 2-1, evidence 2-1, evidence 3 through evidence 2-1, evidence 2-2, and evidence 2-1, the defendant purchased a BM passenger car (B) on May 27, 2013 and entered into an Oral Lease Agreement with the plaintiff. According to the above Oral Lease Agreement, the acquisition cost of the above car is 121,29,270 won, deposit is 22,740,000 won, and the lease period is 60 months from the date of issuance of the certificate of delivery of the article 1-2,875,675 won, 2,13, 60, 133, 200, 1000 won, 20,000 won, 1-2,000,000 won, 2,000 won, 1-7,000 won, 2,000 won, and 1-3,000.

Therefore, the claim of this case is accepted on the grounds of the reasons.
