1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 363,867,529 as well as KRW 301,838,82 from November 13, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On October 15, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant to set the lease amount of KRW 415 million for the Defendant, KRW 36 months for the lease period, and KRW 11,834,180 for the lease amount (However, the first lease amount is KRW 12,77,878 for the lease amount).

However, from June 25, 2013, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to the remaining rent due to delay of monthly rent.

B. Lease fees, etc. to be paid by the Defendant are KRW 363,903,570 as of November 12, 2014 (i.e., principal amount of KRW 301,838,822; KRW 62,064,748); the overdue interest rate of KRW 363,867,529 calculated by deducting KRW 36,041 from the deposit received on June 25, 2013; and (ii) the overdue interest rate of KRW 25% per annum as stipulated in the lease agreement is 363,867,529 and the principal amount of KRW 301,838,822 is liable to the Plaintiff.
