1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. At around 14:00 on November 17, 2017, the net D (referring to Plaintiff A’s husband and Plaintiff B’s husband) felled on the ground from the roof of the warehouse at around 3 meters, while aground, while working as aground on the roof of the Yellow-gun E in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, and died around 02:20 on November 18, 2017.
B. Around December 14, 2017, the Chungcheongnam-do Police Station concluded that the deceased died of pelkes, such as pelkes, and lapsing down due to fall during the work, based on the following: (a) the Defendant’s statement at the site and the first discovered person; (b) the statement of 119 first workers sent back; and (c) the written diagnosis of the deceased’s death at the Hospital; and (b) the deceased’s death at the hospital.

2. The plaintiff's assertion and judgment
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion is a construction business operator of the Yellow River that the deceased worked and the owner of the land thereof, who employs the deceased as a human father, and at least a safety protective outfit for the ancient engineering work, and as such, the deceased’s work assistant caused the death of the deceased, the Defendant is liable to compensate for the damage as the deceased’s employer and the owner of the Yellow Earth who is the instant structure.
The Defendant is obligated to pay KRW 60,721,156 to the Plaintiff, and KRW 37,814,104 to the Plaintiff, including damages sustained by the Deceased, KRW 68,169,078 (including KRW 50,00,00,000), funeral expenses, consolation money against the Plaintiffs, etc.
B. We first examine whether the defendant's liability for damages is recognized to the defendant.
In other words, the defendant and the deceased are on the following circumstances: ① The defendant and the deceased are on the investigation of witness conducted at the Jincheon Police Station immediately after the occurrence of the accident: (1) The defendant and the witness are on the yellow soil.
