Punishment of the crime

On September 3, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.123% on blood alcohol level at around 01:07, and was driving BM520 cars at a section of about 300 meters around the roads adjacent to the ground flass located in the Busan-dong-dong, Busan-dong to the roads adjacent to the ground flass located in the same Gu-dong.
