【Criminal Facts】

On February 22, 2015, at around 05:30, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle owned by the Defendant in the state of alcohol 0.093% alcohol level from about 1 km section from the front road of the Yellow-gu Busan, Busan, to the front road of the Hychip tunnel located in the same side of the Gu.
