Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a national resident of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government who resides in C.

If a means of payment exceeding ten thousand U.S. dollars are carried out, it shall be reported to the head of the customs office.

Nevertheless, on March 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) obtained money from the 2nd passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport to Japan and had been working in the Republic of Korea from the 2nd passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport by using the KS719 letter to the 18:40 on March 4, 2018; and (b) obtained money from the 2nd financial zone, etc. before the month, Japan was exposed to the security search process of the 2nd passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport No. 32-Am. for the purpose of purchasing the 1,000,000 U.S. dollars (Korean 101,927,000,000 in excess of 10,000 U.S. dollars: 91,108,000 U.S. dollars) without filing a report with the head of the customs office on the 3rd book of the Defendant’s portable clock, thereby concealinging 9 million U.S. and 1 million0,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not report to the customs collector, and did not intend to carry the 10 million United Nations into and out of Japan.
