Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants live in Young-gu, Busan Metropolitan City D apartment.
1. On January 11, 2011, Defendant A, in collusion with residents in unsound name, attempted to install temporary soundproof walls, etc. at the construction site of Section 1 in front of the North and South-North Korean port fire station located in Busan Young-gu, Busan, from January 11, 201 to January 17:00, and at the construction site of Section 1 with the North and South-North Korean port connections, and at the victim S rink Construction Co., Ltd., the Defendant A’s construction project.
