The plaintiff passed the 30th judicial examination in 198, and was appointed as a judicial trainee on March 1989, and completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute on February 1991 after the two-year training period.

3. 1. Around February 2010, an application for the payment of honorary retirement allowances was filed to the Defendant, while serving as a judge, and submitted to the Defendant around February 2010.

On February 28, 2010, the Plaintiff voluntarily retired, and at the time, the Plaintiff’s age was 51 years of age and was 1 year prior to the expiration date of the Plaintiff’s age ( February 28, 2011).
