1. Details of the disposition;

A. The following year after the plaintiff passed the 30th judicial examination in 1988, was appointed as a judicial trainee on March 1989, and completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute on February 1991 after the two-year training period.

3. 1. Around February 2010, an application for the payment of honorary retirement allowances was filed to the Defendant, while serving as a judge, and submitted to the Defendant around February 2010.

The Plaintiff voluntarily retired on the 28th day of the same month, and at the time, the Plaintiff’s age was 51 years of age and was 1 year prior to the expiration date of the Plaintiff’s retirement ( February 28, 2011).
